Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
To keep our schedule running smoothly, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start time will incur a 50% charge of the reserved service. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the appointment value. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and offer your time to another guest.
